St Clare's IB Class of 2026 Celebrates Outstanding Results
St Clare's is proud to celebrate another year of exceptional International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) results, alongside an impressive range of university destinations for the Class of 2026.
The 2026 cohort achieved an average IB score of 35.4 points, significantly above the global average of 30.9, continuing St Clare's tradition of academic excellence.
Nearly a quarter of students achieved 40 points or more, with an outstanding 13 students scoring 43 or more out of maximum of 45 points, placing them among the highest-performing IB students worldwide. More than half of the cohort achieved 36 points or above, equivalent to AAA at A Level.

These achievements are particularly significant given that St Clare's is a semi-selective school, admitting students based on their motivation and potential as well as their wider contribution to the school community. Every student completes the full IB Diploma Programme, making these results a reflection of exceptional teaching, dedicated pastoral and academic support, and the ambition and resilience of our students. With a three-year average IB score of 35.2 points, St Clare's continues to deliver consistently outstanding outcomes.

The Class of 2026 has also secured an exceptional range of university offers from around the world. Students received offers from 33 of the world's top 100 universities in the QS World University Rankings and were awarded an impressive US$4.2 million in scholarship offers.
Supported by St Clare's experienced University and Careers Counselling team, students benefit from unlimited one-to-one guidance alongside a comprehensive careers education programme. This personalised support helps each student identify the university and course that best matches their ambitions, whether in the UK, Europe, North America or further afield.
Reflecting the international nature of the College, graduates from the Class of 2026 will continue their studies across the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong and throughout Europe, including France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
Students have accepted places at many of the world's leading institutions, including the University of Cambridge, Imperial College London, University College London, London School of Economics, King's College London, Durham University, University of Edinburgh, University of Warwick, University of Bristol, McGill University, University of Toronto, University of Pennsylvania, University of Michigan, University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), University of Hong Kong, Sciences Po, Delft University of Technology, ESADE, IE University, Stockholm School of Economics, and the University of St Gallen, among many others.
