Summer Vacancies
Join our team of teachers, residential staff, welfare officers, and activity coordinators. We work with students aged 9–15, 15–17, and 18+ across separate study and residential sites. We’re looking for enthusiastic staff committed to delivering a high-quality experience for students from diverse backgrounds.

| Shortlisting and Interviews |
Applications are reviewed against the role criteria and shortlisted candidates are invited to interview. We may interview before the closing date, so early applications are encouraged. Interviews are competency-based and may include a practical task. Teaching applicants will be asked to deliver a short lesson. All interviews are conducted by trained panel members and follow safer recruitment practices. Any gaps in education or employment history will be explored in interview and candidates will be asked about their suitability to work with children. |
